Couples sessions are all about capturing the real connection between you: the laughter, the chemistry, the soft touches, the stolen glances and the moments in between. Whether you just got engaged, you're celebrating an anniversary, or you simply want to remember this chapter, these sessions are designed to feel easy, fun and true to you.

I'm Jordan, an engagement and couples photographer in Arlington, TX, photographing couples all over Dallas-Fort Worth and the Texas Hill Country. I'll guide you the whole time with simple prompts, so even the partner who "hates pictures" ends up laughing and having a good time.

Engagement Photos

You said yes! Engagement photos are the perfect way to celebrate, and they're so useful too: save-the-dates, your wedding website, a guest sign-in book and a big print for your reception. Most couples book 6 to 9 months before the wedding, so photos are ready for save-the-dates. Bring the champagne, the ring and your favorite outfits, and we'll make it feel like a celebration.

Surprise Proposals

Planning to pop the question? I'd love to help you capture it. I'll blend in nearby and photograph the whole moment: the nerves, the knee, the reaction and the happy tears, followed by portraits and ring shots of the two of you right after. Proposal sessions stay completely confidential until you're ready to share.

Proposals use my regular sessions: the Chic Petite ($285) for the proposal and a few portraits after, or the Chic Classic ($375) to add a full engagement session while you're both glowing.

• Planning: we'll talk through your spot, timing and a signal ahead of time. Already have a location in mind? Perfect. If not, I'm happy to help you find one.
• Retainer: a $100 retainer reserves your proposal date and time.
• Rain plan: we'll pick a backup date or covered spot together, and weather reschedules are always free.
• Travel: travel fees apply for locations outside the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Hill Country proposals are available during my monthly Llano trips.
• Keepsakes: a Keepsake Book or framed print of the proposal makes an unforgettable gift.

Fun Couples Sessions

You don't need a big occasion to get great photos together. Anniversaries, a new home, a pregnancy announcement, or just "we never have pictures of the two of us" are all perfect reasons. Expect playful prompts, a little dancing, forehead kisses, piggyback rides and plenty of real laughs.

Date Night Session Ideas

Turn your session into a date. A few of my favorite ideas:

• Golden hour picnic: a blanket, charcuterie and a bottle of something bubbly
• Lake sunset: rock cliffs and water at Grapevine Lake as the sun goes down
• Downtown night out: dressed up, city lights and a little glam
• Coffee or ice cream date: cozy, casual and full of real moments
• Greenhouse studio: soft light and lush greenery at my Arlington studio, rain or shine
• Hill Country escape: the Llano River or my ranch during my monthly Hill Country trips

We're awkward in front of the camera. Is that okay?
Completely. Most couples tell me that at the start. I give you easy things to do and talk about, and the natural moments happen from there.

What should we wear?
Coordinate, don't match. Pick colors that look good together and bring one casual and one dressier outfit if you're booking the Chic Classic. You'll get a prep guide with outfit ideas after you book.

What's the best time of day?
Golden hour, the hour or so before sunset, gives the softest, most romantic light. I'll help you pick the right time for your date and location.

Can we bring our dog?
Yes! Pets are family and make the sweetest photos.

What if it rains?
Weather reschedules are always free, or we can move into my greenhouse studio.

When will we get our photos?
Your gallery is ready within 2 weeks.
